This 2-time national award winning salsa was created by Bill Watterson, a trained chef, master sausage maker, and meat cutter. Bill loved salsa, but hated the fact that almost all commercially available salsas tasted like nothing more than salt and tomato paste.

Friends and family tried his salsa and convinced Bill to make this delicious recipe available to the public.
